Great cover, consistent artist, obscure label. All add up to a solid-looking bet for a good groovy album. Checking track-by-track, disappointment is just beginning to set in until you drop the needle onto the last track. Superb! Ortolani weighs in with a really tight, jazzy funk groover that'll have any party jumping. Lovely guitar work and some snappy drums add to the appeal. Good album - hard to find!
