This is the only vinyl issue of Frontiere's excellent funk theme to the late John Wayne cop movie 'Brannigan'. Unfortunately it's a poor lounge cover version and just doesn't have the punch of the original. Nice enough, decent brass and drums, but not a patch on the original. The flip's a snoozer.
