One of Stanley Myers' earliest soundtracks, Kaleidescope has a big, bold 1960's pop-jazz sound. Myers has a distinctive 'Sound Gallery'-type style, enhanced by his very personal choice of instrumentation. This album, from the kitsch movie starring Warren Beatty, is heavily jazz-based with electric bass and organ. Tracks are diverse in feel, from light pop to latin and straight-ahead jazz.
