Choirboys, The Frank De Vol MCA MCA-2326, 1977
Choirboys, The album cover

A strong album from regular soundtrack composer De Vol, who adopts a stripped-down late 70s funk sound for many of these tracks. A great dancefloor album, containing both instrumental and vocal numbers. A good horn section complement the tight studio funk band.

Overall Rating: 4
