Bob's Band is actually Charles Fox, composer of the Barbarela score among many others. This 45 is an excellent chunky little jazz-funk theme, only issued on 45 to coincide with the program. Tight choppy and picked guitar, snappy drums, a little vibes, some great brass and a groovy organ melody make up a really cracking uptempo instrumental which should fill any dancefloor. Highly recommended - and thanks to Teddy Rosso for the tip!
