Qu'est-ce Qui Fait Courir David Michel Legrand Milan MI 120, 1982
Qu'est-ce Qui Fait Courir David album cover

For some reason the French managed to stay funky well into the 80s, unlike most of the rest of the planet. This LP is notable for one great little funky vocal French pop number, propelled by a very groovy organ and guitar lick. Buy it for D'egal a Egal alone and you won't be disappointed. There are a few good straight jazz numbers, too.

Overall Rating: 3
