This kitchen-sink drama, written by Bill 'Alfie' Naughton, was filmed with a musical score by Beatle Paul McCartney and represents his first solo work. Produced by George Martin, the album tracks are untitled. The Australian pressing is shown here; the original UK pressing is considerbly sought-after by Beatles collectors. The music is intriguing and very groovy in places. Guitar and organ feature, underpinned by strong drums and augmented by strings in many tracks. Hard to find and not to everyone's taste, but worthy of a listen.
