Joe Jerry Butler Mercury SRM-1-605, 1969
Joe album cover

The soundtrack to this violent anti-hippie movie was scored by Exuma and Jerry Butler along with uncredited Cannon arrangers. It's mostly typical 1960s beat music; the outstanding track is Jerry Butler's 11 minute 'You Can Fly', featuring some great drum breaks for all you beat freaks.

Overall Rating: 3
